Wine evening
Georgia has made wine for eight thousand years — and Adjara grows varieties that barely ever leave the region.
The tasting is built around local grapes: light tsolikouri, rare rosé chkhaveri, amber qvevri wines and homemade chacha. The sommelier keeps it snob-free — why qvevri jars are buried in the ground, and how Adjarian wine differs from Kakhetian.
Pick your format: a cosy evening in a city cellar, or a drive to a foothill winery with dinner at the owners' table. Cheese, churchkhela and hot snacks come with the pours.
