From October to April we rent our apartments by the month at reduced long-stay rates. Summer belongs to the tourist season — winter belongs to you: the same sea-view apartments at long-term prices.

How the seasons work

October — April

Monthly rentals at up to 40% below nightly pricing. The longer the stay, the better the rate.

May — September

Staying through summer is possible — summer months are billed at seasonal rates. Tell us early and we lock your price in.
