Briz Batumi is a family-run management company in Batumi. We rent out apartments we furnished and manage ourselves in three seafront towers: Orbi City and Alliance Palace on the new boulevard, and Porta Batumi Tower by the Old Town. You get exactly the apartment you see on the site — real photos, real floor, real view.

Renting with us costs less than Booking or Airbnb: with no platform commission our prices run 15% lower, and booking takes a couple of WhatsApp or Telegram messages. We reply within minutes in English or Russian, hand over the keys in person and stay reachable throughout your stay — from the airport transfer to a birthday table.

Nightly stays are not the only format. From October to April we switch to monthly wintering rates: mild winters, a visa-free year for citizens of 90+ countries and fast internet make Batumi one of the best remote-work cities by the sea. In summer the apartments rent nightly at seasonal prices — and the September–October velvet season pairs a warm sea with prices a third below August.
